At Ghous Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

  • The size is incorrect

  • The product you received is different from what was shown

2. Time Limit

All return or exchange requests must be made within 2–3 days of receiving your order.

3. Condition of the Product

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories attached
    Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Send us your order number and clear pictures of the product.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.
